For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva,
Regional Maintenance Excellence Expert is required Job description:
Lead and support the development of maintenance standards, work methodologies, guidelines, assessments, training material, instructions & documentation.
Provide program management support and subject matter expertise to sites in the process of implementing maintenance excellence
Gather and review internal and external best practices
Prepare and present to different management platforms on Maintenance Excellence development
Develop the information infrastructure needed to share best practices
Support sites in development of their Maintenance Improvement Plan
Drive continuous improvement

Knowledge and skills:
An engineering degree - must
Profound maintenance leadership experience - 5-8 years
Deep understanding of various maintenance disciplines and methods, including: reliability engineering processes, work management, organization and performance management, service and materials management
Pharmaceutical experience - a strong advantage
Operational excellence experience - a strong advantage
Fluent English - must
The job includes extensive international travelling of up to 40%
Full time position in our Petah Tikva HQ
